How do you use a camera to tell a story? Learning how to observe the object in front of us, appreciating the beauty around us, and catching the right moment and angle promises a rich and fulfilling experience.

The course teaches photography as a means of artistic self-expression, providing students with tools and practical experience in a pleasant atmosphere. The camera serves as a “passport” which enables students to exit the borders of their familiar surroundings and step into new worlds and experiences.

During the course, students develop the ability to express themselves creatively and think in new ways as they are challenged with exercises in visual language, composition, and the technical aspects of using a camera. The class provides them an opportunity to interact with other students, Jewish and Arab, from different backgrounds. Together they experience photography and directing, using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, creating professional and inspiring work.
